Alternatively you can make orders via Cheque or Postal Order made payable to Independent Life Technologies (Note do not enter ILT for short as the cheque or postal order will decline and orders cannot be processed)

Please allow 21 days for delivery.

Please note all our orders are built to spec hence for the time for delivery (2 to 3 weeks). We advise customers to be certain in the product that they are purchasing , if any product is returned because it's not what they thought it was or assumed it to be without consulting any member of our team then there will be deduction in refund.

Refund will be 10% deduction of the special needs goods plus 5% admin fee and the delivery charge will not be refunded.

Please note the above condition applys for returning goods within the first two weeks otherwise no return/ refund is issued.
